My wife was not a caring mother and her
irresponsible behavior had put me and my children’s lives in danger. I thought
of taking my kids to a peaceful and safe environment where we could live
happily. But, she filed a case of child abduction on me. I can’ believe
that how could she do that. She was just after money and I flooded her house
with money. When I was completely broken I went to a lawyer who could suggest
me a way to banish her. I was worried and tensed. Patricia was the only attorney
who could help me. That’s what I was thinking till then.
The case of child abduction was strong
because my wife knew that the judge will make the decision in her favor. Of
course, she is a mother but she does not deserve my kids. I left her with the
consent and everything was settled between us but she lied to the court. Patricia E.Apy knew that but her communication and convincing skills were not
strong that she could prove the same in court. She took the huge amount of fees
from me but did not give me the satisfactory results. My image was portrait
wrong in front of the judge which was causing fewer chances of win only because
of her.
She told me that she had fought many cases on international
law but she could not prove it in my case. My case was falling weak because
of her delayed and not so powerful way of representation in front of the judge.
I moved to attorney Maritza Rodriquez she is a nice lady. Not only she
helped me in winning the case but also revert my image in court.
